Abstract (EN)
In this study, private health insurance was examined within the scope of the provisions on sickness and health insurance in the Turkish Commercial Code between articles 1511 and 1519 and the Private Health Insurance Regulation. The place and types of private health insurance in the Turkish legal system and the contract regarding private health insurance have been examined. The scope of the coverage of private health insurance and the claim of claims are included in the scope of the study.
