Total quality management in terms of human resources management in the private sector, a research on members of KALDER

Total quality management is one of the applications that modern enterprises apply in their businesses in order to compete with their competitors. Total quality management has become very important for modern enterprises. In the first part, the basic features of human resources and total quality management are discussed. In the second part, human resources management and total quality management relations are discussed. In the third chapter, the analysis of a research on human resources management content analysis was conducted in term of total quality management in KALDER member enterprises. Firstly the subject of the research, the universe and the sample group, purpose, variables, method, data collection technique, the creation of interview questions, hypotheses, boundaries and the difficulties encountered in the research were mentioned. In the analysis of the research which was carried out in the private sector and the members of Kalder and have human resources department, demographic information was presented and the answers to the interview questions were categorized in Maxqda analysis program. The results of the analysis showed that 95 % of the human resources managers or responsible persons who are members of Kalder and in the private sector who answer the interview questions of the enterprises which have human resource department within the body, apply total quality management in their companies. 5 % that a company operating in the private sector and Kalder member of the human resources department despite the presence of the total quality management companies do not apply in the expression they wish to apply if they could apply. They stated that they had registered to obtain a certificate for ISO.
