The effect of privatization on productivity sample of Kütahya Nitrogen Factory

At the first part of study privatization concept was examined, privatization?s definition, types and methods were tried to explained. Basic concepts have been explained PEE?s (Public Economic Enterprises) foundations ,developments ,economic importance and problems have been presented. Privatization practices in Turkey and the other countries have been mentioned and legal frame on privatization was explained. Main reasons of privatization and their solution offers were achieved. At the second part productivity concept was mentioned and explained. At the third part privatization and productivity concepts were discussed and the effects of privatization on productivity were searched. At last part sample management was introduced ,datums of sample management were evaluated and its before and after privatization datums were compared. In that comparasion capacity usage rate ,production quantity and personnel numbers were discussed. It is very important to get experience from privatization practice so far for later privatization?s success. Because Turkey? s performance in PEE? privatization and free market mechanism ` s function will show its position in information age .Key words; Privatization,Productivity, Profitableness
