Sports federations and swimming federation of autonomous accounting system implementation

This thesis has been prepared to explain how the sports federations gained autonomy with the law no 3289 and 9th additional article and how they entered into what sort of formation after this autonomy. This study consists of three parts. In the first part of the study, description about autonomous federations has been placed and information about autonomous sports federations? functional points has been presented. In the second part, the subject about public accounting has been mentioned and information about revising procedures of public accounting has been given. In the third part, information about swimming federation and model application based on accounts chart of swimming federation have been mentioned and our study has come to conclusion.
