Abstract (EN)
According to the modern conception of management, organizations have regarded their employees to accommodate to contemporary conditions, achieve designated ends and succeed. The investigation of the factors affecting organizations' management conception and employees' stance and behaviors brings about individual and organizational outcomes. In this context, it is possible to succeed with the investigation of organizational commitment, identification of the factors determining organizational commitment, consolidation of commitment and accommodation to conditions within the organization. Due to their socially determining positions, the role of World Health Organization in the global epidemic and the governance of states in the strife against the epidemic are of importance with regards to the affection of groups related to health. The conception of management and working conditions that have transformed with the pandemic in the contemporary circumstances have brought about changes as in many sectors and affected the works of health workers. Health workers have strived to provide health services in extraordinary conditions and continued their work by replacing sick or dead health personnel with the increase of workload in the health sector during pandemic. The performance, motivation, and organizational commitment of health workers in the course of the pandemic have become topics of utmost importance. The works of health human resources in their institutions, conduction of duties without failure, employment of personnel in working effectively and productively are important for the continuation of organization. With organizational commitment, the policies to be constituted in achieving objectives in the service of employees are important for their success. Particularly due to the epidemic, the physical, psychological, and social factors negatively affecting the works of health workers in the pandemic require consideration with respect to the assessment and configuration of the ends of health management and organization.
