Abstract (EN)
Reliability is the likelihood that a device, product, or system will not fail over a specified period of time under specified operating conditions. Product reliability is an important factor in assessing the warranty period. It plays an important role in the fact that a mistake made in the warranty forecast can be very expensive for companies. The failures on the warranty period are linked to the product reliability determined by the product decisions. In this study, an application was made in a compressor production plant. Informations on the fault recordings of a model of products manufactured in operation has been obtained from the service providers. The time until the product failed was examined in different periods. The distributions and parameters of these failure time were estimated. From this point of view reliability analysis of the product was conducted. Analyzes were made about the differences between the periods.
