Abstract (EN)
The quarantine factor that threatens potato (Solanum tuberosum) production and yield, causing the wart disease, Synchytrium endobioticum causes 50-100% yield losses. The aim of this study is to determine the reaction of cultivars against the agent and to determine the resistant cultivars from the cultivars that have been widely cultivated since chemical and physical control of the agent is very difficult and impossible, and to determine the effectiveness of recently widespread biological control agents on the disease. In the cultivar reactions trials established in the Phytopathology climatizede room of Abant İzzet Baysal University, 22 commonly cultivated potato cultivars Provento, Hermes, Nam, Van Gogh, Ünlenen, Levent Bey and Murat Bey are resistant to S endobioticum, Onaran and Lady Clarie are weakly resistant and Nahita, Lady Olimpia, Jelly, Agria, Melody, Alegria, Çağlı, Madeleine, Marabel, Agata, Marfona, Fatih and Russet were observed to be sensitive to the agent. In another stage of the study, the biological preparations that are the subject of the application; It was observed that the doses tried against wart disease caused by S. endobioticum were not effective in Cedriks, Symbion-S, Bio Cure F controlled climate room conditions.
