The concept of paternalism and problematic cases

Paternalism concept is an important tool to limiting freedom and to legalising government's power. Paternal analogy which used in many fields like social policy, education, medical etc should examine because of its frequency and prevalence. Through the examination of individual paternalism often required in daily life of people through both the nature of state intervention in the life it will be questioned. Thus, the nature of the interventions will be better understood. In this study, rather than bringing a proposal for a solution on the concept of paternalism has tried to reveal the intricate structure of the concept of paternalism.
