Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to determine in which ways web sites affect the marketing communications staff. It is more remark able to we the internet and web sites in today?s conditions rather than traditional marketing communications practice. To define the importance of marketing communications staff on web sites is the main topic of this thesis.In the first part; marketing, communication and marketing communications which are the main concepts of the thesis are discussed briefly. In the second part; the services provided by the internet are mentioned by giving some general information and especially marketing communications staff take place on web sites which are one of the most important services of the internet. The relation between web sites and marketing communications staff is also analyzed. In the third part; some explanations and comments taken from the study of the observations and interviews on the web sites of two different companies from the technology sector which affect a sale via web sites take place. In the interview; the questions which are prepared by considering the marketing communications staff related to marketing communications on the web site are sent to the competent authorities of the companies and feedback about this subject is taken from them.By evaluating the comments of the competent authorities of the companies, results of the observations about the marketing communications staff on the web sites are interpreted by searching the literature and the importance of every one of the marketing communications staff on the web site is explained.Key words: Marketing, Communication, Marketing Communications, Web Sites
