Özet (EN)

Telemedicine means using ?electronical information and telecommunication tecnologies? to provide health service and supporting service. Emergency services are very important because they survive the life of needed person if the emergengy applications are done on time and properly. .Hearth attack is one of the most important health problems both in the world and in our country. Every minute after a heart attack increases the damage in the heart muscle, the earlier it is treated, the less it is destroyed. Considerable amount of damage in the heart muscle causes incurable cases. Therefore early prognosis is vital to treat the heart attack as early as possible. In this study, 112 Emergency EKG telemonitoring program which sends EKG signals taken from 12 derivation EKG device after a patient who was hearth-attack was taken to the ambulance at the speed of 230.4 Kbps to the specialist doctor?s PDA is designed and produced. It is seen that EKG info?s on the PC monitor arrive to the responsible people via GPRS Modem, EDGE through internet in 90 seconds by the prepared software. By this system it becomes easier to reach the specialist doctor. As long as there is GSM network signal, it is observed to send EKG no matter where the ambulance is. Especially, if this system is established in remote village dispansaries, there will be no waste of time for acuure diagnosis and teatment. When there is not a cardiologist on duty in hospital at night, by means of this designed system the patient?s EKG is easily sent to the required doctor. This system is free from other systems and hardwares working with PC and it can be integrated to every system easily, and also used other areas of telemedicine.
