The data of study is analysed with SPSS software. Additionally, percentage, frequency, average, standard devision, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Walles analysis and Sperman rho corelation analysis are used in this study. As a result of research ıt's obviously seen that both teacher's candidates cognitive flexibility and their Self-Efficacy are in high level along with total score.
