Performance management and a study sample

Performance Management System is such a system which collects of data about thepresent and future situations of the organization, compares these items and, starts and maintainsthe new and required activitiy missions that satisfy the continual developing of performance toorient the working people and the organization. Performance Management is a process includesthe steps which are specifying the targets of the strategical performance, measuringperformance, collecting of data and analysing, scanning and reporting and after that developingperformance by using these datas etc.In this study, the performance evaluation is done by the head of department and thegeneral manager and the graph scaling method is used. In practice, the results of theperformance test are used in cost management, career development and determination of theeducation needs, which are human resources applications.
