Abstract (EN)

A variety of reasons, the periodontal disease as a result, adversely affecting human life ahead and is a condition that affects the body in different systems that not only the teeth. Depending on the size and types of this disease to correct the aesthetic, to stop the infection resulting from inflammation of the gums, to eliminate pathological pockets, to restore destroyed by the tissue is soft tissue and to prevent bone loss and reduce the mobility main objective of periodontal therapy. The guided tissue regeneration has been developed to repair damaged gums, periodontal ligament, cementum and alveolar bone. This treatment method performed as active today through Biodegradable and non-biodegradable membranes, are applied. Instead of non-biodegradable membranes which require a secondary surgical procedure and negatively affects the healing process, biodegradable membranes are used. The use of biodegradable material is more advantageous both financially and in terms of patient health. Through the developing technology and science progresses the development of membranes to give the most positive response to treatment is still continuing. In this thesis prepared biodegradable antibacterial membranes for used in guided tissue regeneration were prepared using the solvent casting method which is cheap and easy method. With various percentages of Polylactic acid (PLLA) and polycaprolactone (PCL) films for using a control group and added propolis to the polymer mixture to antibacterial group were prepared by the same percentage. Then, by applying various tests and analysis to these two films of mechanical, thermal, structural, antibacterial and decay properties were examined individually. Has been viewed as different polymer tensile tests were performed on the mechanical properties of the films have to learn, and so against the forces arising due to biting and chewing in the mouth and how durable. Preparing an artificial vitro may be determined in the body about decay times. In the antibacterial test results proved antibacterial. Surface scanning electron microscope to determine how the morpholo (SEM) surface was studied with the help of images. Propolis on the characteristics identified in the results of all these tests was observed contribution of polymeric films. Testing and analysis was interpreted as a result of positive and negative changes between the two groups.
