Özet (EN)

In this study, liquid product from date stone and mandarin shell was obtained by catalytic and non-catalytic pyrolysis. In the first part of the work, the synthesis and characterization of Perovskite and Perovskite/SBA-15 type catalysts for pyrolysis was carried out. The preparation method (sol-gel, hydrothermal, microwave and thermal decomposition), the effect of B metal (Co, Mn and Ni) and the synergistic effects of B metals on each other in perovskite type catalyst synthesis; In perovskite/SBA-15 type catalysts, different perovskite loading rates (10, 30 and 50%) and synergistic effects of B metals were investigated. In the second part, catalytic and non-catalytic pyrolysis of biomass was obtained by liquid product, and elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H-NMR and GC-MS analysis were used for the characterization of these products. According to the results obtained, 30% LaMn0,5Ni0,5O3/SBA-15 was the most suitable catalyst for the biomass liquid product, and the liquid product was obtained for the date stone and mandarin shells in the yield of 30,17% and 27,49 %, respectively. It has been observed that valuable industrial raw materials such as phenolic compounds can be obtained from date stone and mandarin shells. According to these results, it is proposed to synthesize new catalysts having economical advantages over commercial catalysts and to use them in the production of useful biomass liquid products.
