Abstract (EN)
To get the main definition of the empowerment concept, in this research at first it has been defined empowerment literary and tried to represent its basic components and its relations among similar concepts and also process of applying empowerment and those difficulties faced during this process. And then the definition of intelligence concept and its manners, in the same time the concepts of emotional intelligence and its relationship with leadership has been studied and discussed. At last we will have a survey and research regarding this topic in sector and the resaults of this survey and investigation will be valued.
