Abstract (EN)

03. Summary The purpose of this study is to observe variation of personal selection process for service and production sectors. First of all, in order to make clear, human resource management concept was explained. Definition of this concept, historical development and structural alteration during this development stage, authority field and position within enterprise were the main subject of the first section. After this explanation, main subject was clarified and concept of personal selection process was examined. This step was realized by examining of definition of selection process with all stages and contents. Conceptual statements taking place in this section helped to form questionnoire, which aimed to get data for this study. During the questionnoire work, questions was directed towards service and production sector enterprises to put forward the diversities in selection process. As a result of the study, obtained data for two sectors were examined comperatively and detail of sectoral differentiation was revealed if there is. The hypothesis of the study has been tested by Chi- Square analysis of contingency tables. All data were presented by means of tables and circular graphs and commented by taking sectoral diversity into consideration and mixing with knowledge on personal turnover ratio getting from enterprises.
