Abstract (EN)
The vehicle routing problem , that is encountered in the logistics and transportation sector, is an optimization problem that has been studied for many years. The personnel services routing problem of a company operating in Eskisehir Organized Industrial Zone that is examined within the scope of this study covers the three of open vehicle routing problem, capacitated vehicle routing problem, and heterogeneous fleet vehicle routing problem, which are sub-branches of vehicle routing problem. The problem adressed in this study has been examined as multi-objective that are both minimizing the cost in terms of the company and the maximum time spent by the employees in the services in a way to balance the tour by considering the user preferences in terms of the personnel. The multi-objective mixed integer mathematical model that is proposed for the solution of the problem was solved for a small data group of the problem by using GAMS software, and then cluster first – route second method was applied to solve whole problem. New routes are compared with the existing routes and results are interpreted.
