Abstract (EN)
In this study, Peter Weiss's Soruşturma, Heimrad Bäcker's Tutanak and Bernhard Schlink's Okuyucu were compared in context of Nürnberg Military Criminal Court case. Nürnberg Military Criminal Court is an international criminal court where war criminals were tried in post-war period. Projections of international criminal court, which is a frequently discussed theme in post-war period, are also encountered in works. In Soruşturma, which was written as a documentary in 1965, a court process was thematized. In Tutanak, which was written with the example of documentary literature in 1986, documents that took place in Nürnberg Military Criminal Court during war were fictionalized and presented. Okuyucu, which was written in 1995, is a work that is handled within the framework of theme of coming to terms with past. Works were compared in context of partnerships and differences within framework of Nürnberg Military Criminal Court case. An examination was carried out by using the typological and genetic methods of comparative literature. As a result of examinations, partnerships have been identified in works named Soruşturma and Tutanak in context of thematic and literary genre features. Since Okuyucu is written in a different genre from other works, it is different from other works both thematically and in terms of literary genre. In addition to existing differences in terms of original values of works, significant partnerships have been identified. Partnerships identified in context of Nürnberg Military Criminal Court are particularly important. In works that were handled within the framework of Second World War is acts of genocide.
