Özet (EN)
The importance and necessity of renewable energy sources is more felt from day by day. The main reason of this necessity is the limited fossil fuels and the increased global warming. This study is inspired by the fact that the piezoelectric material from renewable energy sources, is used little in the energy production area and there is no adequate work in this area. By analyzing the hydro-energy systems including too much energy density especially, it is aimed the energy production by the piezoelectric material in this area. Integrating the piezoelectric materials to these systems was investigated by analyzing sea wave that has the most energy intensity and the wave energy conversion system. In this study, it was produced energy from piezoelectric materials by forming the artificial wave, and the analyses was done. According to the wave structure data of Western Black Sea, the power production of a power plant was calculated and their results were evaluated. As a result of this study, the usage of the piezoelectric materials in the future works was predicted. Keywords: Piezoelectric Material; Hydroelectric Power Plants; Wave Energy Conversion Systems;
