Özet (EN)

In this study, proton transfer salts (H2Etpip)(HSSA) ∙ 0,07 EtOH (1), (H2HOEtpip)(HSSA) ∙ 0,07 EtOH (2), (HAcpip)(H2SSA) ∙ 0,02 EtOH (3), (H2pypip)(HSSA) (4), (H2cyhpip)(HSSA) (5) have been prepared between derivatives of piperazine and 5- sulfosalicylic acid (H3SSA). Cu(II) metal complexes (H2Etpip)[Cu(HSSA)2] ∙ 5H2O (6), (H2HOEtpip)[Cu(HSSA)2] ∙ 5H2O (7), (H2Acpip)[Cu(HSSA)2] ∙ 5H2O (8), (H2pypip)[Cu(HSSA)2] ∙ 5H2O (9), (H2cyhpip)-[Cu(HSSA)2] ∙ 5H2O (10) have been obtained with synthesized proton transfer salts. The structure of proton transfer salts have been proposed by using 1H NMR, 13C NMR and FT-IR techniques. The structure of amorphous metal complexes have been proposed by using AAS, FT-IR, magnetic susceptibility and molar conductivity techniques. Antimicrobial activities of compounds have been tested against Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 29213) (Gram positive), Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922) (Gram negative) and Candida krusei (ATCC 6258) (yeast), Candida parapsilosis (ATCC 22019) (yeast) microorganisms. The results compared to Levofloxacin, Cefepime and Vancomycin as antibacterial control compounds and to Flucanazole as antifungal control compound. MIC (Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) ranges of the synthesized salts (1-5) and complexes (6- 10) were obtained for Staphylococcus aureus bacteria 15,60-62,50 μg/mL and 15,60-7,81 μg/mL; for Escherichia coli bacteria 125,00-500,00 μg/mL and 31,25-62,50 μg/mL; for Candida krusei yeast 31,25-62,50 μg/mL and 15,60-31,25μg/mL; for Candida parapisilosis yeast15,60-62,50 μg/mL and 7,81-62,50 μg/mL, respectively.
