Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to investigate the effect of the changes in the production parameters of the samples produced by the melt deposition method, which is one of the methods used in rapid prototyping technology, on the mechanical behavior of the material. In this context, the effects of process parameters were investigated by applying tensile, compression and three-point bending tests, which are frequently used in determining the mechanical properties of the materials, to the samples produced using ABS and PLA thermoplastic materials. While the filling geometry and filling ratios of the process parameters were the same, the texture angles of the filling geometry were changed to 0, 15, 30 and 45 degrees. According to the results obtained, PLA material exhibited higher force behavior compared to ABS material. In terms of the change in tissue angles, the samples produced with a tissue angle of 45° stood out as the critical value in both material types and showed a decrease in the strength value while causing a significant increase in the elongation values.
