Özet (EN)

In this study, deficiencies of classical horizontal axis plastic injection machines were researched. More economic and an easy maintainable workbench designed. At the same time, a machine design was carried out that its maintenance expenses will be tightened. Following the searches, it is scen that vertical axis plastic injection machines give better results. Another innovation is that pneumatical system used in ironing and fusing system normally not used in conventional injection machines. The other innovation is also to lower the maintenance expense and make workbench maintenance easier by not using helical screw systems in conventional injection machines. The most important advantage provided by the designed and manufactured machine was that conic helical screw system-carries raw granule to nozzle in horizontal axis plastic injection machines-was not used. The advantage of this was to lower the cost.And also, cleaning difficulty and occurred screw corrosion over time were removed. In designed injection machine, the granule is being loaded into injection machine from the part drilled in a simple honed two finger caliber pipe, other mostat control resistance mantoged around the pipe with a bracket the granule is fused in desined temperature with and injected to nozzle and than to the mould cavity. Being plan and simple, the system provides cost lowness, maintainability and simplicity in turn. The work will be carried out without needing much operator skill in any test environment.
