Abstract (EN)
In the current experimental research, the effects of polymeric lattice structures produced via 3D printing technology on the fundamental engineering properties of the lattice-reinforced cement-based composites were investigated in combination with various design parameters of cement-based materials. In addition to cement as the main binder, mortars incorporating supplementary materials of fly ash, nano calcite, and nano CaCO₃ were prepared and evaluated in composite form with PETG lattice structures with the geometry of rhombicuboctahedron. Within this scope, for each mixture, both compressive strength and ultrasonic pulse velocity tests were carried out for the curing ages of 7, 28, and 180 days. The experimental results revealed that the inclusion of supplementary materials significantly enhanced the mechanical properties of the cement-based composite, and this effect was further amplified when combined with polymeric lattice structures. In this context, polymeric lattice structures produced via 3D printing technology offer lightweight structural solutions as an alternative to conventional reinforced concrete systems. The findings of the study indicate that integrating advanced manufacturing techniques with materials engineering can facilitate the development of sustainable and efficient practices in the construction industry.
