Abstract (EN)
This thesis study involves the determination of the mechanical features of the plaques produced via hot pressing the composite paper materials obtained by recycling with high-intensity polieliten in different ratio. In the first part, infotmations about recyling methods, polietilen material and mechanical experiments are given. It is explained that what problems were experienced while recycling composite paper materials and the stages they went through while reaching to the recycling institution. In the second part, the principles of preparing the samples of pulling and curving from composite paper material are mentioned. They were chunked into little pieces, mixed with different percentage of polieliten and then plaques were obtained by hot pressing. Finally mechanical experiments were held after these plaques turned into experiment samples by being cut. At the end, the results of the experiments are analized and endurance features are evaluated generally. According to the final results, it is negotiated that in which fields these new materials could be alternatively used.
