Culture is defined as a life style from the perspective of social sciences. The human-facing aspect of culture that looks at his education, equipping with cultural codes and it includes the ability to read cultural signs. Culture from the point of view of the discipline of sociology; it is specific to a certain society and requires social classes and a very close relationship with the phenomenon of faith inside. The Enlightenment and modernity drew the phenomenon of culture to a secular ground, making it religious that tore it from its bonds and turned it into an industrial product in the functioning of daily life. It was added to capitalism by America in the time of post- second World War II, pleasure and profit motive the formation of popular culture consumption and demonstration societies that have been shaped. The secular sector in Turkey has become a follower of popular culture since the 1950s and turned to imitating the US lifestyle. The concept of private, which is an Arabic expression from the root H-R-M, has a secret and respectable meaning. The phenomenon of privacy points to the divine limits that a person must adhere to in the religious sphere, at the same time together with the Western European Civilization, which is the first and only irreligious civilization in history, the divine as the rights that a person has within the framework of the social contract by breaking away from the contract and a new definition has been achieved on a secular basis. its expression in secrecy on religious grounds, the phenomenon of privacy has been placed on display with popular culture on a secular basis. İn the post-1980 period, the conservative sector was strengthened in the political and economic fields, it started to approach the popular culture and step by step the hijab magazines have been released with the first period of the 2010s in fashion and fashion shows. Study that transforms the dignity of privacy from privacy to vanity and it aims to reach the understanding that carries relationships. Qualitative research techniques in the study where the document examination method is used, as a sample in the field of hijab fashion, the publications of Aysha Magazine has been selected between 2013-2023. As a result of the research; to maintain the conservative society's own norm system what it has failed to seek legitimacy from the secular world instead of creating an alternative modernity which focuses on the secular modernity and the religious field through a postmodern approach and popular culture and it was determined that it was trying to put together.
