The magic of 'Clubhouse' and its effect on information in the democraticization of communication in the postmodern age

"Communication" is a concept that has come from the past to the present, since the establishment of social life, and its importance is increasing day by day. Human needs are in an endless cycle and have changed shape over the ages. In today's communication technologies; Information varies from human relations to the course of social events. The results of the individual and social reflection of this diversity have been examined in the 'Clubhouse'. What are the contributions to the emergence of the clubhouse application, which is still fresh in the world and in Turkey, the profiles of the users, the purpose of use, the service and information provided by the application? This question is the starting point of this study. Post-modernity; Understanding the last layer that the individual carries is possible with the analysis of mass media. Communication science has been handled with many disciplines in an interdisciplinary dimension; however, the importance of democracy in interpersonal communication has increased with the emergence of individualization in developing communication models. From this point of view, there has been a need for an in-depth analysis of the themes of communication and democracy. The COVID-19 epidemic, which emerged in China towards the end of 2019, brought changes, innovations, restrictions and many other things to our lives. Although it has emerged as a new socialization tool for individuals who are locked in their homes and never leave their rooms, it has been observed that over time it has turned into an expression platform. It is seen that social events reveal different forms of behavior after they are experienced. Therefore, it is very useful to conduct behavioral analysis while looking at personal and social practices when the effects of events continue or have no effect. The aim of this study; to reveal the gains of platforms that democratize communication to information and public language.
