Abstract (EN)

This thesis has been presented under three main topics. Firstly, the synthesis of four propargyl, four sulfamide and four urea derivatives of the biologically active Rasagiline, Ladostigil and Rivastigmine analogue compounds were carried out. In the second part of the study, the synthesis of five benzyl sulfamoyl carbamate and five sulfamide compounds derived from acetophenones was successfully realized. Finally, the first syntheses of the four new potentially biologically active N-alkyl substituted sulfonamides and five new asymmetric N-amino acid methyl ester substituted sulfonamides incorporating indane skeleton have been performed.
