Abstract (EN)

Primer SS is an autoimmune disease that couses glanduler and extraglanduler involvement. We aimed to evaluate the clinical and laboratory characteristics of the patients with Primer SS that followed our centre. For this we aimed to evaluate the demographic characteristics, clinical findings, comorbidities, medications used in treatment, extraglandular involvement findings and extraglandular involvement risk factors, laboratory results and contribution tomortality of patients with primary SS. When 112 primary SS patients diagnosed according to the 2002 American-European Consensus Group (AECG) criteria were evaluated, the mean age (mean±SD) was 59.15±10.54, the mean age at disease onset was 47.65±11.66, and the age at diagnosis was the mean as 49.51±10.84 and the delay in diagnosis as 1.85±2.50. When the patients were evaluated serologically, Ro positivity was found to be 50.9%, La positivity was 33%, and ANA positivity was 57.7%. When the extraglandular involvement findings and rates of the patients were evaluated, arthritis/arthralgia was 30.4%, Raynoud phenomenon 7.1%, lung involvement 57.7%. 3.6, cutaneous vasculitis 1.8%, kidney involvement 5.4%, liver involvement 4.5%, lymphoma 4.5%, brain involvement 2.7%,neuropathic involvement 5.4%, skin involvement 59%. When the relationship between patients with extraglandular involvement findings and serological and laboratory findings was examined, no significant difference was found. As a result, primary Sjögren's syndrome is more common in women than in men. No association was found with any factor that increases the risk of extraglandular involvement.
