Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out to determine the effects of the probiotic-prebiotic product that the mixture of the probiotic bacteria Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium thermophilum and Leuconostoc mesenteroides, the beta-glucan and oligosaccharide as prebiotics on Spirulina platensis. In the study, 4 different groups were used, one of which was control. In the first group, 0.01 ml / L P-P, second group, 0.05 ml / L P-P and third group 0.1 ml / L P-P was added. The experiment was performed with two different temperatures (20 and 40 ºC) and two different illuminations (1600 and 3200 lux). In terms of biomass, the P-P product reacts differently at different temperatures, but the results have been favorable in terms of protein content in all groups. The most favorable effect on both biomass and protein content was the addition of 0.1 ml / L P-P product of 68.71 and an average of 0.727 OD respectively at 40 ºC and 3200 illumination.
