Descriptive statistics Chi-square test, Mann-Whitney U Test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test were used in the evaluation of the data. In the analysis results, a decrease was found in the mean scores obtained from the total Problem Solving Inventory, Approach Avoidance and Personal Control subscales in the experimental group after the education. An increase was found in the mean Anger Control scores of the women in the experimental group. In the control group, no difference was found in the mean scores of the Problem Solving Inventory, Trait Anger and Anger Expression Style Scale.
