Motivation is a subject of study generally treated in various areas such as work, sport. However, in the school context, particularly in the teaching of foreign languages, the motivation poses a problem for student learning. This study aims to analyze the factors that are involved in the motivation of students learning a foreign language from two perspectives: that of students and of teachers with reference to a survey conducted for this purpose.
