Tourist guidance has a very important role in reflecting the country's culture to the tourist, providing tourist satisfaction, having communication and interaction between tourists and local people. For this reason, it is important to increase academic studies on tourist guiding to analyze the situation of this profession, to reveal its problems and defects, to contribute to the country's tourism due to the development of the profession and to increase tourist satisfaction. With this study, it was aimed to analyze work-life balance, burnout level, work motivation, life satisfaction and determine the relationship and impact status between them. Accordingly, data was obtained by collecting questionnaires from 302 tourist guides. With the data obtained, demographic characteristics of the participating guides were revealed and it was questioned whether the averages of work-life balance, burnout, motivation and life satisfaction made a difference according to these characteristics. In order to verify the structure of the scales used, first exploratory factor analysis followed by confirmatory factor analysis were performed. The verified scale structures were tested within the scope of structural equation modeling and the relationship and impact status between them was determined. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the relationship between work-life balance and motivation was not found but all other variables were related to each other at different levels.
