Abstract (EN)
The purpose of the current thesis is to examine the mediating role of thriving at work in the relationship between psychological resilience and satisfaction with work-non-work life balance. Data was gathered from the study's main population using cluster sampling and snowball sampling approaches. In this context, data on 417 academicians employed by public and private universities throughout seven different areas of Turkey was gathered using Google Forms. The study excluded the data of 31 academicians with incomplete, missing and extreme values. Research hypotheses were tested via SPSS 26.00 and Hayes PROCESS MACRO (Model 4). According to the research results, psychological resilience has a statistically significant positive effect on satisfaction with work-non-work life balance and thriving at work. In a similar vein, it has been found that thriving at work has a statistically significant positive effect on satisfaction with work-non-work life balance. Additionally, it has been determined that thriving at work has a mediating role in the relationship between psychological resilience and satisfaction with work-non-work life balance. The results obtained in the thesis study are compatible with the results of the previous research. Within the scope of the thesis results, suggestions were given to policy makers, managers and employees.
