Abstract (EN)

This study, where psychological resilience impact on work stress and job satisfaction discussed, is a research about social workers. Additionally, the mediating role of work stress at social workers' psychological resilience impact on their job satisfaction is investigated.As a result of the study, it was concluded that social workers' psychological resilience has impact on work stress and job satisfaction as well as there is inverse relationship between psychological resilience and work stress. Moreover, it is observed that there is converse relation between work stress and job satisfaction and once again work stress reduces the job satisfaction. However, it was deduced that the psychological resilience of social workers increases the job satisfaction. Ultimately, mediation effect of work stress on the relationship between psychological resilience and job satisfaction is examined. It was decided that there is mediating effect of work stress between psychological resilience and job satisfaction.
