Analysis of the relationship between the concepts of resilience,career satisfaction and work-life balance in the context of employees.

This thesis aims to understand the relationship between resillience, career satisfaction and work-life balance of employees. In the literature review of this thesis, resillience, career satisfaction and work-life balance terms have been defined and academic contents about these topics have been given. 250 employees from various fields participated in the research that have been evaluated using quantitative research methods. This research used purposive sampling for sampling method. The research used three different reliable and valid data collection tools which are career satisfaction, resilience and work-life balance. In order to compare the scale scores, "independent t test" and "one-way analysis of variance (Anova)", to find the correlation between scales "Pearson correlation analysis" has been used. The meaningful results are interpreted in the light of previous literature research in this field. As a result of this research, it has been found that there is a positive correlation between resillience and career satisfaction, a negative correlation between resillience and work-life balance. No correlation has been found between career satisfaction and work-life balance.
