Abstract (EN)

In this study, the mediating role of psychological ownership on the effects of psychological empowerment on employee performance was analyzed. The independent variable is psychological empowerment, dependent variable is employee performance and mediator variable is psychological ownership. When the literature on the variables was analyzed, it was observed that there was no study investigating the relationship between psychological empowerment, psychological ownership and employee performance. In accordance with this result, to complete the existing gap in the literature reveals the original value of study. The sample of this study consist of 492 R&D specialists and engineers. Survey technique was used to obtain data. The data obtained were analyzed by using factor and reliability analysis, descriptive statistics of variables and hierarchical regression analysis in SPSS program. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that psychological ownership has a partially mediating role on the effects of psychological empowerment on employee performance. In addition, in the result of the study various suggestions were presented for future researchers and organizations.
