Abstract (EN)

This study aims to reveal the effect of psychological empowerment on organizational silence by examining women working in the textile industry in Denizli. In this study, it is claimed that women employees with a high level of psychological empowerment will not tend to organizational silence behavior. The universe of the research consists of women working in the textile sector of Denizli. The research data were collected from the female employees of 2 textile enterprises operating in Denizli through questionnaires. At the end of the research, 353 questionnaire forms suitable for analysis were obtained. The data collected from the participants through questionnaire forms were analyzed using reliability analysis, t-test, anova test, scheffe test, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods. According to the findings obtained from the research, it was concluded that psychological empowerment did not have a significant effect on organizational silence in general. When evaluated in terms of dimensions, it is concluded that only impact dimension has a significant effect on organizational silence.
