Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effect of psychological employee empowerment and sub-dimensions on organizational commitment was researched. The research was conducted to 50 white collar employees in a private financial institution with a survey method. The validity and reliability of the scales as well as hypothesis tests were analyzed with various statistical methods. In the study, psychological employee empowerment was measured by Spreitzer (1995) scale and organizational commitment was measured by Allen & Meyer (1997) scale. It was determined that psychological employee empowerment and sub-dimensions had positive significant effect on organizational commitment.
