Abstract (EN)
Due to the more uncertain and volatile work environment compared to the past has led employees to change their traditional perspectives on their careers and to increase their commitment to their own careers. It is seen that psychological capital has a positive effect on the development of career commitment of individuals. In this direction, the study focuses on the subject of psychological capital. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of psychological capital on career commitment. Within the study, effects of the dimensions of psychological capital including self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience on career commitment are also examined. 204 people were being surveyed as part of the research. As a result of the simple regression analyzes carried out within the scope of the study, it is found that psychological capital has a positive and significant effect on career commitment. In terms of the dimensions, it is found that self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience similary affect career commitment positively and significantly.
