Abstract (EN)

The fictional structure of Lütfi Ömer Akad films is at the center of this study, which is based on Pudovkin's editing theory. According to Pudovkin, who says that the basis of film art is "fiction" and editing is the language of the film director; It is also a technical process in which various camera movements are used, different scales and transition forms are used, the whole is divided into individual parts and these parts are brought together to build a new whole (Structural Editing). The scenario structures of the films have been examined under three subheadings: Theme, Plot and Film Presentation. A detailed breakdown of all the episodes, sequences, and scenes in the films and the analysis of each scene that has a key position affecting the narrative in this casting has been made. The analyzed scenes were also analyzed within the framework of the Relative Fiction Theory. As stated above, since editing is also a technical process, "Film Presentation" and "Scenario of the Film" about the number of chapters of the films, the sequences in the episodes, the number of scenes in the sequences, the number of shots of the scenes, the total number of shots and the transition techniques used in the transition between scenes. The information is given under the subtitles of "Cast and Fictional Analysis of Scenes". In the light of the findings obtained, it has been determined that Lütfi Akad made extensive use of the possibilities of the editing in order to make the meaning of the content of the narrative stronger, to create the desired mood and to direct the audience's attention-perception to the important element of the scene while creating his filmic narrative.
