Özet (EN)
In this study, the physico-chemical and epilithic algal flora relationships of Pülümür Stream (Tunceli) were investigated. Samples taken at 10 stations between September 2021 and August 2022 were analyzed in monthly periods. In the evaluations made in Pülümür Stream (minimum-average-maximum) pH (8,15-8,71-9,88), temperature (0,3-8,9-15,5 oC), dissolved oxygen (8,9-10,7-13 mg/L), chlorophyll-a (0,365-1,058-2,332), nitrate nitrogen (0,110-1,188-3,390 mg NO3-N/L), ammonium nitrogen (0,021-0,133-0,495 mg NH4*-N/L), nitrite nitrogen (0,003-0,032-0,148 mg NO2-N/L), ortho phosphate phosphorus (0,308-1,151-2,681 mg PO4/L), Total hardness (10,7-18,1-25), calcium hardness (7,4-11,9-17,9) were determined and it was determined that Pülümür Stream is in Class III for ortho phosphate phosphorus, Class II for nitrite nitrogen and Class I for other parameters within the scope of the Regulation on Surface Water Quality Management. In terms of epilithic algal flora, diatoms were more important than Bacillariophyta, benthic algal flora Charophyta, Chlorophyta, Cryptista, Cyanobacteria, Haptophyta, Euglenozoa, Ochrophyta, Rhodophyta and Miozoa groups. Cocconeis placentula, Diatoma vulgare, Diatoma vulgaris, Diatoma moniliformis, Ulnaria ulna, Navicula radiosa, Nitzschia palea, Cymbella tumida, Gomphonema minutum, Gomphonema parvulum, Navicula capitatoradiata, Fragilaria capucina and Hannaea arcus are noteworthy in Pülümür Stream. Diatoms showed a strong development in the epilithic algal community in all months and stations.
