Abstract (EN)
Recently developed "punch tap" process is a combination of conventional thread milling and cold form tapping processes. This Process is mixing the advantages of two conventional methods and reducing the production times in an efficient way. however, there is no information about mechanical and fatigue strength of internal threads which are produced by punch tap. on this master thesis, mechanical and fatigue strength of internal threads which are produced by punch tap is going to compare with thread milled and cold form tapped threads on Aluminum alloy 6061.
