VIKOR and TOPSIS methods on q-single value neutrosophic sets and their applications

This thesis consists of five chapters. In the first chapter, which consists of the introduction, what are neutrophic sets, Q-single-valued neutrophic sets, fuzzy sets, intuitive fuzzy sets, neutrophic soft sets and Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) and which methods are used. In the second part, which includes general information, definitions of the concepts mentioned in the introduction part are given and their properties are reviewed. In the third chapter, we introduced the MCDM methods, touched on the algorithm of VIKOR and TOPSIS methods and explained it with a diagram. In the fourth chapter, we gave an example to make these methods more explanatory and showed their applicability. Finally, in the fifth chapter, the results obtained in the thesis and suggestions for new studies are given.
