Abstract (EN)
This work, stemming from Kant?s Critique of Practical Reason, tries to discuss the question of freedom and law, and also the relations between legitimation, authority and reason. In conceptualizing the moral law, which is formulated as the realization of pure reason, lies the question of possibility of human law in the lack of theological foundation. The moral law claims itself to act as a substitute for the immediate recognition of the unconditional: the fact immediate of the moral law instead of the fact immediate of the unconditional. The moral law requieres a change in the relationship between will and authority, freedom and necessity. This work calls into question the possibility of division between politics and morality, the division of human knowledge between theoretical and practical part, the consideration of morality in terms of law, the formation of antagonism / harmony between nature and reason, the value of reason characterized in the moral law.
