Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to identify the verbs contained in Rabgūzī's work Kısasü'l-Enbiyā. Earlier studies on the work of Kısasü'l-Enbiyā suggested that Khorezmian Turkic Language be moved to an advanced level. Verbs that provide ease of expression in a sentence form side sentences. In the study of the studies on Kısasü'l-Enbiyā, it was observed that there was no depth study on verbs. It was thought that it would be useful to study verbs on this work. Khorezmian Turkic Language, which was located in the middle Turkish period, was born from Karakhanid Turkish and replaced by Chagatai. It has been revealed that Kısasü'l-Enbiyā is an important source work reflecting the linguistic features of Khorezmian Turkic Language. In this study, verbs in short-term Kısasü'l-Enbiyā were evaluated with the measures of the discipline of linguistics. In this dissertation, Aysu Ata's work Kısasü'l-Enbiyâ was used as a source work. Kısasü'l-Enbiyâ has four different gerund suffixes and ten different participle suffiixes, while the most recent type of verb has been gerundium. There are fifty-six gerundium octaves in this work. This gerundium richness in Khorezmian Turkic Language is an indication of the sophistication of the Turkish language at that time and the expansion of expression opportunities. Example sentences related to verb suffixes included in the work were identified and the status of suffixes was studied. In this review, verbs were examined under six main headings: "Gerunds", "Participles", "Gerundium", "Gerundium Derived From Gerunds", "Gerundium Derived From Participle", "Compound Verbs Formed By Gerundium" after the "İntroduction" section. In the "Conclusion" section, the results found in relation to verbs are presented. In the "Bibliography" section, the sources used in the study are shown.
