Abstract (EN)

Radioiodinated magnetic targeted carriers (I-131- MTC)Drugs can be delivered to localized disease sites in many diseases by magnetictargeting. Thus, therapeutic effects can be increased and side effects can be reduced. For131these reasons I labeling of magnetic particules were intented to be achieved. Three131 131methods were used for labeling with I. 1) I was bound onto Magnetite directly, 2) As131chelating agent 8-OHQ was first labeled with I and then magnetite was added, 3) 8-OHQ131was first labeled to magnetite and then I was added. The prepared radioactive magneticparticules were tried to be localized under magnetic field in a static and two dynamic modelsin a dynamic system. The uptake rate of magnetic particules were obtained by gamma cameraand well counter measurements during targeting stage. Labeling efficiency of the achievedmagnetic particules were found to be 99.33%. The size of the particules were calculated to bebetween 26.7- 134.6 nm. It was visually and quantitatively observed that the magneticparticules were accumulated around the magnet under static and dynamic conditions. 19.6%and 29.6% of the initial activity could be captured under magnetic field in two modelsrespectively. It was thought that the amount of accumulation of the magnetic particules wereinsufficient under magnetic field in the cell model due to high rate of the fluid in the dynamicmodel.
