Abstract (EN)

PURPOSEWe have researched the effects of acute edematous pancreatitis and pneumoperitoneum at different pressures in rats with acute pancreatitis.MATERIAL AND METHOD35 wistor-albino rats are divided into 5 groups into each of seven rats. Experimental pancreatitis is produced with injection in the groups as introperitoneal of cerulein. The first is open laparotomy. 2-3-4-5 group with the order of 5-10-15 and 20 mmHg is achieved by applying pressure and is waited for 60 minutes. After standby time, all of the rats are sacrificed, taking blood samples with intracardiac puncture and pancreatic tissue samples. GSH and MDA levels in serum are determined. The edema in the tissue samples is clssified according to scoring system of granulation, PMNL and mononuclear cells.DIAGNOSISİn our study, it is seen that MDA and GSH rise in all of the groups which are made the induction of pancreatitis. İn the 2-3-4-5 groups, significant increase is detected more than laparotomy group. İn the histopathological research, it is see more inflammatory cell infiltration, edema and granulation than open laparotomy group in the 2-3-4-5 group.RESULTAs it used to be, it is useful to remember medical treatment of pancreatitis and while surgical treatment is being decided, we think that the process of all kinds of surgery should not be applied in the cases of pancreatitis, including considered laparoscopic.
