It has long been known that endurance training is accompanied by changes within the nervous system that play an important role in the development of strength. Many elements of the nervous system exhibit the potential for adaptation in response to endurance training, including supraspinal centres, descending neural tracts, spinal circuitry and motor end plate connections between motorneurons and muscle fibres. In this study, the affect of two different endurance training applied during 8 week on motor nerve conduction velocity and H-reflex latency was researched. For this aim 42 wistar rat used as running, swimming and sedentary groups. Electrophysiologic measurements were taken weekly from rats have been applied endurance training described program in literature.Results of this study, it was showed that there is no statistical difference between motor nerve conduction velocities of male and female rats. However swimming and running trainings have not an effect on motor nerve conduction velocity. Eight-week training program caused to alteration of H-reflex latency values in training groups. There were a statistical difference between H-reflex latency values of sedentary group and training groups since the sixth week.Endurance training programme that applied in this study was not efficient on motor nerve conduction velocity of rats. However, while H-reflex latency was gradually decrease in training groups, in sedentary group H-reflex latency was not decreased.Key words: Endurance training, ENMG, H-reflex, motor nerve conduction velocity, rat
