Özet (EN)

With the increase in the population living in cities in recent years, rail system investments have been increasing rapidly all over the world and in our country, and the speed of rail vehicle production has become a very important factor in order to meet the increasing needs due to the increasing population. In this thesis; DurSim (Durma Simulator) simulation environment that exactly the same control panel as that of the vehicle, vehicle control unit, input-output modules, human machine interfaces and software simulations of the vehicle will be simulated and tested before the vehicle is produced for the rail system manufacturers and enterprises, has been studied. As a result of the tests carried out with this simulation environment, the adequacy and usability of the equipment can be determined and the existing vehicle software can be tested dynamically with the help of DurSim. With the help of DurSim developed in this thesis, it is aimed to detect software and hardware deficiencies and errors that may come up after the production of the vehicle and to eliminate these errors before production and thus zero-defect production of rail system vehicles. In addition, it is aimed to provide trainings of the rail system vehicle drivers with DurSim so that the drivers will learn to use the control panel and human machine interface. This will ensure that driver trainings are conducted safely, competently and cost-effectively without any risk factors.
