The aim of this study is to examine the tranformation of the scientific process skills and the concept development of the kindergarteners in the application of Reggio Emilia based scientific exercises. The study is organized as an activity research that includes Reggio Emilia based scientific exercises which is designed by the researcher who works in a state kindergarten. The activity research of the study consists of three stages that are Ekmek Project, Ses Project and Ciftlik Project. The experiment subjects are five female and 10 male kindergartners. "Boehm test of basic concepts" and "scientific process skill test" is used to determine the concept development and scientific process skill of the kindergarteners. The both testes are conducted both before and after the exercises. Besides, the exercises are reported on daily basis. Semi constructed interview questions are used to determine the opinions of the parents after each project. In conclusion, Reggio Emilia based project exercises are happened highly effective in regards of the learning process and skill acquisition of the kindergarteners.
